Annual Summer Seminar

Each summer we arrange a week-long seminar on the Croatian coast, in the small resort city of Crikvenica.

Practice usually lasts for 5 or 6 hours each day, with ample time after training to go to the beach, swim and relax.

It's a great opportunity to improve your kung-fu, meet new friends and combine vacation with training.

Little Idea Ving Tsun currently offers instruction in several countries: Croatia, Bosnia, Denmark, USA and Norway.

The main club is located in Zagreb, Croatia with branches in Dubrava, Jordanovac and Novi-Zagreb as well as two clubs in Pula. In Norway there are several clubs along the west coast, with a club in Stavanger, Trondheim and a group practicing in Haugesund as well as a start up in Kristiansand. We also have a start-up group in Washington D.C., USA.

At our clubs, we strive to keep an atmosphere of learning and community. Without cooperation, it is difficult if not impossible to learn proper Kung-fu, and the risk of injury is greatly increased. We pride ourselves on having a friendly tone inside the gwoon (place of practice). In many years of training we have yet to have any injury greater than a bruised lip or limb, even at full speed and power. We discourage too much formality and artificial distinctions in rank and encourage everyone to explore, learn for themselves and make their Kung-fu something personal and an integrated part of their own life.
